1. About Us

CasinoAIBots.com is a B2B SaaS product operated by Tyga.Cloud Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14643275) at Ground Floor, Unit 2 Mallard Court, Mallard Way, Crewe Business Park, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 6ZQ.

2. Nature of Service

CasinoAIBots provides AI-powered house bot software for use by licensed or authorised online casino operators. We are a technology provider, not a gambling operator. Our service:

  • Provides bot software that operators deploy on their own platforms
  • Does not operate any gambling service or accept wagers
  • Does not hold or require a gambling license
  • Does not handle player funds, deposits, or withdrawals

3. Eligibility

Our service is for business use only. By using CasinoAIBots you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation
  • Your use of house bots complies with your gaming license terms and applicable law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to target third-party platforms without their authorisation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
  • Misrepresent bots as human players to regulators or auditors when disclosure is required
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable gambling regulations
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, persona definitions, LLN notation, and documentation are the intellectual property of Tyga.Cloud Ltd. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of your subscription.

6. API & Integration

You are responsible for the integration of CasinoAIBots with your platform. We provide API documentation and technical support, but make no guarantees about compatibility with your specific infrastructure. Bot behaviour is configurable but not guaranteed to produce specific financial outcomes.

7. Compliance & Disclosure

CasinoAIBots flags all bot activity server-side with an isBot identifier. Full decision audit logs are available via the API. You are solely responsible for determining whether your jurisdiction requires disclosure of house bot usage to players or regulators.

8. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The Basic tier is free. Pro ($199/mo) and Enterprise ($499/mo) tiers are billed in advance. Enterprise tier LLM API costs (Claude Haiku) are billed separately at Anthropic's published rates. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Warranties & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Tyga.Cloud Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: player complaints, regulatory actions, or financial losses resulting from bot behaviour. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use violates applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
