2. What We Collect

We collect the following data through our service:

We do NOT collect: player data from your casino platform, payment card details, government ID, or gambling transaction data.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract: Processing necessary to deliver the service you subscribed to
• Legitimate Interest: Security monitoring, fraud prevention, service improvement
• Consent: Marketing communications (opt-in only)
• Legal Obligation: Tax records, regulatory requests

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) under Data Processing Agreements
• Anthropic (Claude API) — game state data only, no personal data, for Enterprise tier LLM decisions
• Law enforcement when legally required

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertising networks.

5. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the US (cloud infrastructure, Anthropic API). Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.

6. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: 24 months
• Account data: duration of subscription + 12 months
• Server logs: 90 days
• Bot session data (h-context files): deleted on bot removal or 30 days after session end

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact dpo@tyga.cloud.

8. CCPA (California)

California residents may request disclosure of data collected and request deletion. We do not sell personal information. Contact dpo@tyga.cloud.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, API key authentication, and role-based access controls. The service is hosted on hardened infrastructure with regular security updates.

10. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
